Hobart Greyhound Racing Club

The Hobart Greyhound Racing Club conducts greyhound races every Thursday nights at Tattersall's Park, the tri-code complex in Glenorchy, conveniently located about 10km from the the center of Hobart, Tasmania's capital city.

Tattersall's Park offers a superb variety of meals available in the 'Dishlickers' Restaurant as well as a large selection of snacks. Full bar facilities are also available.

Racing is over three distances, 340m, 461m and 599m.

There is a veterinary service available at all meetings. The kennel block is air-conditioned and kennels are all on one tier.

Trials are conducted on Saturday mornings 9am , Tuesday nights at 7:00pm and after the last race on Thursday race nights. There are no private trials.

The first meetings to formulate the Hobart Greyhound Racing Club took place in 1949. Since then Hobart has thrived into a first class provincial track. Hobart's new racing distance will be 400m, 460m and 680m.
