Eagle Farm Racecourse is a horse racing venue in Brisbane, Queensland, Australia. It is located in the suburb of Ascot, 7 kilometers from the Brisbane central business district.

The turf track is 28 metres wide, with a circumference of 2027 metres and a home straight of 434 metres. Races are run in a clockwise direction.

Ascot railway station has direct access to the racecourse and is located on the Doomben Line. The racecourse can also be accessed by bus and ferry.

Eagle Farm Racecourse is operated by the Brisbane Racing Club, Brisbane QLD.

The Brisbane Racing Club formed after an amalgamation of the Queensland Turf Club (QTC) who organised Eagle Farm racing, and the Brisbane Turf Club (BTC) which raced at Doomben. The official commencing date of the Brisbane Racing Club was the first of July 2009.

Previously the Eagle Farm Racecourse was operated by the Queensland Turf Club Ltd. The Club was formed in 1863 with the first race meeting held in 1865. The Queensland Turf Club was managed by a Board of Directors.

Eagle Farm Racecourse has a circumference of 2,027 metres with a straight 434 metres long. A good even track with no sharp turns making it a fair course. Runners coming from behind in the run often win.

Eagle Farm Racecourse is the home of the Ami Stradbroke Handicap, Queensland Oaks, The TJ Smith, Stradbroke Handicap, Queensland Derby and the Winter Stakes.
